ClickUp

ClickUp is a cloud-based work and project management platform that combines tasks, documents, whiteboards, chat, goals, and reporting in a single workspace. Work is organized into Spaces, Folders, Lists, tasks, and subtasks, with custom statuses, assignees, due dates, priorities, and custom fields to adapt the structure to many different workflows.

Teams can switch between multiple views of the same work, including list, Kanban-style board, calendar, Gantt, and timeline views, as well as additional options like workload, table, mind map, and whiteboard. ClickUp includes native time tracking, dashboards for reporting, workload and resource management, forms for work intake, and rich automation features to handle routine updates, notifications, and handoffs across projects.

ClickUp is offered on a Free Forever plan aimed at individual users, plus Unlimited, Business, and Enterprise tiers that add more storage, advanced views, automations, dashboards, and governance features. An add-on called ClickUp Brain (ClickUp AI) provides conversational, contextual AI across the workspace, supporting task and subtask generation, summaries, content drafting, AI-powered fields, and AI cards embedded in dashboards and reporting. The platform also includes mobile apps and a public API for integrations and custom extensions.
